No AWD. 400lbs will be shaved off. The numbers at this moment point to around 800-850HP. It will handle and brake better and have line lock. Tim K. has said, in passing, that they are gunning for bigger fish.
It will be a street car. Widebody (not true wide body, fender flares). Coming with 305 nittos. Drag suspension. Possibly no backseat. Expect 900-1000hp, at least high 800's.
Resume Speed is a dodge insider. No one knows his identity but he's been around since the beginning and has never been wrong. If he says it, you can take it to the bank. Expect very low 10's.
This is going to be one badass car. Doubt Ford will match it. They're busy putting turbo V6's in their cars. They should just change their name to Honda.
For this car to run bottom 10's/high 9's it will need more than 850bhp. More like 850whp. Definitely a real possibility of it being marketed as 850 but it will be severely underrated.

Very excited to see what this car brings to the table. I might have a GT500 and CTSV for sale? And you have to admire Dodge's advertising. Whether you like Richard Rawlings or not he is bringing attention to their line up. Add great videos and some Metaillica...Win!
Don't forget a ****ing hybrid Mustang. With the new ZL1, the HC, and now a Demon, Ford is playing 3rd place in the performance wars.
If you want a heavy car that is only really good in a straight line, buy the Dodge. If you want a car that is (lighter) and handles well, the GT350 is for you. Personally, I wish cars are smaller and lighter, not heavier with more power thrown at it.If Ford wants to be top dog again with their next "GT500" model, they will have their hands full given the line of cars Dodge is putting out.
