Gotcha! Rock Chalk is a war chant that was used in the Spanish-American war, adopted by the Kansas Jayhawks as a rallying cry. My alma mater.
Ahh, yes, Rock Chalk Jayhawk. I never knew what it meant until now, just knew Jayhawk fans always chant it.

Not snug in a blanket like yours as I have a detail scheduled for Jan. 2nd, but still out of commission.

Question for you @Norton - I'm going to paint the S/C Letters as well. Did you prep the surface any, like smooth out or any sanding? I don't have the calmest hands so did you tape off the edges or just paint with a steady hand? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Instead of Torch red, I may substitute Grabber Blue instead.

Cool! Other than cleaning, I didn't do any real surface prep. It wouldn't hurt to smooth the surface, but it's not required. I was comfortable painting mine freehand, so I didn't tape. Again, it would not hurt to do so. Best advice I have is to take your time - slow and steady will give the best result. I look forward to pics!
Just wait... all of these "woke" crazy people will try to change it.
