i requested a side stripe delete and dealership said they would be the ones to remove it, comes that way from ford...
anybody else do a side stripe delete?
all of this is in the far future, it hasn't been done yet, we'll see how long the 14's take...
ok, replaced my clutch couple months ago, now at idle, the clutch "rattles" and squeaks kinda, if i put a little pressure on the pedal, like, just rest my foot on it, it stops, also picking up on the pedal makes it stop
it's still pretty chattery as well, but it grips great
is TOB sleeve...
so my alt went out about 2 years ago and i got it rebuilt and it's been flawless so far, running an optima red top
i've got 12.4 volts with car off and ~14 volts at idle, so everything is charging good, but i get an intermittent battery light virtually all the time...
what's up with that?
noticed it slipping pretty hard on some powershifts the other day...
60k miles, it's done its job...
i want to get a 26 spline input shaft and new clutch, but my vert is my DD so i want a street friendly clutch, but when i go to the track, i run MT et street radials on the stock wheels...
summit is 180 for complete set, my buddy at oreillys can't get a discoiunt and it's like 230 for a complete set there
any other places have the EBC yellowstuff pads for cheaper???
finally got back to the track in my 03 cobra vert...
all that's done power wise is i have a k&n and magnaflow catback, running on MT et street radials
we only have an 1/8th around here, and i ran an 8.08 at 88 mph with a 1.9x 60'
can i get in the 7's like i'm set up now?
just recently, my cobra started popping out of 5th every once in a while, today, it got really hard to pull it out or put it into gear
the clutch isn't slipping, i can do a full throttle pull in 1st or 2nd with no clutch slippage, and the engine revs fine with the clutch down
what could be...
anybody have any experience doing this on a cobra?
we're putting 03 drivetrain in a 65 fastback with a chassis, and i think we're gonna try to build the headers
that i saw on here a long time ago
i believe it was a sonic blue cobra and it was showing off it's kooks longtubes
somebody in another car was filming and the cobra was doing drive by's and rolling through a parking lot of stuff, and it absolutely roared like hell when the guy got on it...
put in a quadrant the other day...
it's a double hook, and i put it on the last hook, but the clutch is slipping now, so i gotta put it on the other hook...
after that, i'll need an adjuster to take up a little slack
what's the best one?
looking at the fiore or the billetflow...
03 cobra front swaybar, no end links
03 cobra gauge pod
03 cobra mach 460 amps for a vert (they go up under the top, mounted to the floor pans

03 cobra mach 460 6 disc changer
03 cobra, full set of vert springs, extra pair of front springs...
i've always been leery of all gimmicky additives and "cleaners" but many people it seems have used seafoam and had good results...
where do you put it in and have any of ya'll used it on your cobra before???
