Whelp...

Ran a compression Test
I did these twice. Once running 5 turns, checking and then 3 more. In all cases the extra 3 added about 10psi.

Second time I just ran it 10 turns and the numbers matched the previous 8 turns.

Passenger Side:

1 - 180psi
2 - 180psi
3 - 120psi
4 - 140psi

Driver Side

5 - 160psi
6 - 150psi
7 - 155psi
8 - 160psi

Also, here also here are the plugs, which have 3,000 miles on them.

Well... I guess this was about the only thing you *haven't* had to do yet.

Cars sometimes...
Yup plan is to just clean up the car and get an alignment this week. Winter is coming so it will be in storage till March anyways.

My buddy in Texas offered to assemble the long block for free. So I just need to do research now. The other question is whether the bores are washed out or if the valves are baked.

I'll prolog sell the poster T56 and get a Magnum as well.

Well kids!!

All aboard the Fail train!

So I got the car back together, new plugs and decided to drive the car to return the compression tester.

The rear brakes started making scratching sounds when braking. I assumed it was rust build up from sitting, so I tapped the brake firmly a few times to clear it.

Then BOOM. I thought I had a blow out...

Nope.

You're in a real predicament. You've already invested a lot of money and time in this car and the gremlins keep popping up, resulting in more money and more time. You're already beyond the point of breaking even if you get rid of it, and now you've got to hope that future issues will be minimal. Otherwise it will become a money pit.

You've had such bad luck with this car. More than any other Terminator owner that I can remember. I surely hope you're keeping a record of how much money you've already spent and will likely spend. I really feel bad for you.

Jesus dude. Sell it. I went through that with my 01. Kept thinking "Just one more thing to fix and it'll be good". Yeah, I took a loss on it, but I'm a lot happier with what I have now

I agree. I went throught the exact same thing with my 99 Cobra. Fixed / upgraded things with only something else breaking. Tipping points was low compression like the OP and I sold it off as is.
