In light years do you mean wearing different tires?
Imagine what a good dose of aluminum substitution would do for this car. I do think one should be able to pic options without "packages"....and also the elimination of all stripes for us old folks who want to run under the radar.. By the way Dodge has already racked up over 5000 orders for the HellCat.....

5K orders already?! I'm not surprised. This is the car that Dodge fans have been wanting, at a decent price. Finally a Dodge muscle car they can truly kick butt with.
Shaker Model
I am curiously waiting on the Shaker Model due in the spring. Dodge isn't saying much except that this a model on to of the scat pack or with the scat pack. Apparently it has a better suspension setup but they are getting into SRT territory. The issue I see with the HellCat and these 485 hp models is how it will play out with CAFE requirements. Will Dodge actually fill 5000 HellCat orders or will they be like Ford (Shelby & Boss) and allocate only a certain number to suffer jacked up prices.

I'm seriously thinking of buying one of these as my daily driver in a year or two with my height and size this car is perfect.
