Looks like an Aviator frame. Navigator had 6 lugs. Making that a 4.6 4v. If it is an 05 it should have the sought after DC casting heads

Also the navigator 5.4 intake was center front, Aviator was pass side like the mustangs. That's a 4.6 4v for sure. Essentially a Mach 1 longblock.

Edit. Definitely marauder. Aviator would have IRS. Wheels threw me off

Marauders are rare but if you were looking for a toy and the underpinning are there swap a crown vic body on the frame.

I have zero familiarity with the marauder, but what’s that bracket on top of the intake for? That’s why I thought it was a Mach 1 looking like the shaker bracket.

Looks like a Mach intake. Marauders had drivers side TB. Probably a project 4v swap vic that someone got bored with

I think the PO pulled the motor from a Mach 1 and put it on a Merc. Marauder frame??

mine was purely a guess based mostly on the motor. I dunno much about the frame work of various fords. also kind of a hodge podge there - maurader's had intake to the driver side, no passenger but then again this had a shaker setup added so might have swapped intake manifolds. They both bolt right on as far as I know

I can find no pics that show a frame like that on Vic's or marauders

I have seen no marauder frame that high in the rear?
