Local TV add was up to $9,000 off in stock 2022 crew cabs.
I can't help but think there's more to it if you show up on the lot. $9k off but with a 10k ADM? $9k off but with 10k of dealer installed accessories? It may be as simple as 9k off MSRP but after my experience with dealers about a year ago, I wouldn't put anything past them.

It is no doubt a price leader truck deal. Either a no option truck or an old maid they want gone. The good news for the buying public is that those deals are available again. I sold more than a few trucks to guys who walked in that wanted the cheapest new crew cab truck deal on the lot. They didn't give a shit about brand, they just wanted the best deal. Also, guys who wrecked their truck.

I doubt people shopping a Hybrid XLT care about a TRX. Probably buying it for the fuel economy.
yeah i didn't catch the hybrid part, didn't know that existed on the f150.

but the way my brain works, i still take the upgrade for resale alone.

The problem being that EV fires are always catastrophic losses. Oh, and the data used for the numbers you quoted have been called out as irresponsible, as in there simply isn't enough data on hybrids and EV's to draw conclusions from.
Liberals can pull missing data out of their ass to make their case. toss some numbers out and fill in the details with handfuls of shit they pull right outta their ass

They have supposedly cut OT at MAP, broncos/rangers.

Hearing 8 hours until we go into the 2024 new ranger launch mid summer.

This guy is right.
I keep seeing videos saying the same thing and while I agree the prices are crazy and the lots are filling up, I don't see them being stuck with vehicles they can't sell. When things slow down, they'll reduce the prices. Dealers are like Casinos, they never lose.

GM is cutting production, due to too much inventory:

I read somewhere that its Ft Wayne only and because they can't get trucks shipped from the plant so things are backing up.

I think if they could get them to (force them on) the dealers they wouldn't have a problem doing so.

Depends on some execs metrics I bet.

Went to two dealers this past holiday weekend to order some hardware for my clutch R&R. There was literally one family looking at a used car among both those lots, both full of trucks, both flavors of Bronco, Explorers, and Mach E's. No other customers in sight.

Nice vehicle. Probably will get snapped up by an oilsands laborer or Keg restaurant waitress from Ft. McMurray.

I still believe if you showed up on the lot, there would be more to it.

Oh sure, probably have to use their financing and trade will be tough, but if the deal isn't there, easy enough to walk away. Guys that get the good deals just have to be relentlessly polite and firm in their dealings. Guys who are nasty can get a deal done, but the best deals get done by people who have a clue about what is realistic and what is not and calmly get it done. Get emotionally invested in the car AFTER you make the deal.

I have bought through Koons 2 or 3 times in the past, having saved $5-8K off sticker.

I inquired about this bronco, as they did not have a price posted a couple days back. $9K ADM. Nothing real special about it. On no planet would I pay that much over sticker, unless it had a Godzilla in it (then, maybe :))

I'll keep scouring the salvage auctions. Saw one the other day, rolled, all airbags went off, but buy it now for $12K. I'm going to beat it up, probably do either add on portals (or maybe even swap in the 406 portal/9" w/spidertrax housing centers I have). So I don't have any use for warantee.
