HID suggestions?

My personal experiance... don't do 55w stay with 35w you will see the same... but the 55w have a shorter life and melt fuses a lot more easy.. 55w lose the color so easy after a few months... my ex still has her 35w that were my original set when I bought my 55w I gave them to her... my 55ws are yellow now when they where 10000k..

And no you won't melt anything at 55w hids

yeah i got the 8000k's as well heads and fogs. was thinking to do the 3000k but oh well. i got xentecs. just came in the mail today $70. waiting till spring to put on though will post pics then

Just installed my DDM HID's last night. I bought headlights and fog lights. 8000k 35w for $98 bucks shipped to my door. Incredible difference. Very bright and updates the whole look of the car as well.

i messed up. when i bought them i didnt read all the way through it and said that kit was only for low beam headlights only.. i think i will try the ddm tuning ones like v8der

DDMtuning.com is the place to go for HID bulbs led lighting and such. They are great products and have liftetime warranty on the hardware. Just put 6000k on my daily driver 04 Civic and its a night and day difference. Also put them on my 96 Cobra both fogs and headlights cost me 112 and some change shipped to my door. Wonderful investment.

im on that link i just posted for ddm and each kit comes with 2 bulbs for $98. that would only cover my headlights.. can you post a link for when you got them? and pics of your hids. what all options did you choose with them as well?

Mine are low beam only. it was more money for the high/low kit and u had to wire a relay. i didn't care about high beams because i live in las vegas and its never dark here with all the lights. haha

oh i see. the kit i had already purchased the xentecs from ebay wouldnt work because they were low beam only so they wouldnt hook up. i need Hi/Lows since i have 01 heads. got any pics? debating on 8k-10k
