Lets make this simple...

Who owns the railroad (BNSF) that transports oil? Warren Buffett.

Who's donate's a ton to the Obama administration? Warren Buffett.

Somehow railroads and ships are much less efficient and better for the the environment than a pipeline. Not to mention the countless spills & deaths from this kind of transport...but a pipeline?! Scary!! Horrible for the environment for sure. Follow the money trail people. Buffett would lose billions and billions if this happened. More smoke and mirrors by Obummer

He doesn't worry about paying for gas since the tax payer foots the bill. Why should he care? I'm sure someone will say "but none of that oil would come to America."

This is completely not a surprise. Obama was determined to kill this project. And like Travis said.....

But Obama said this was going to be the most transparent leadership in history.

From Obams's and the democrat's point of view, it's all about campaign contribution and the dumbest of the green crowd. The Country be dammed, they simply don't care.

Another glaring issue that shows how stupid the voters in this country are. People actually believe the pipeline would lead to a worsening of 'global warming', blah blah. How do they think it gets to the refineries?! Trick question. I'd bet a good majority of them believe you just poke a hole in the ground and whatever comes out is what you put in your car.

These are the same people who think that electricity comes from a socket in the wall. They have no idea, and if fact, have never considered why that happens.

Oil prices have been low for awhile. Energy industry is hurting. We need oil to go back up to bring people back to work.

This pipe line, at the foreseeable time, would not have a big effect on US gas prices. It would provide a ton of intermediate and long term jobs for US workers. This in the construction of the pipe line, then in the refineries in Texas. The real purpose of the line is to move oil sands oil to Texas refineries, then on to the World market. The entire concept gives the greenies the vapors and they are major funders of the democrat party and our Country be dammed.

Another laughable decision by Obama underscoring his complete failure as a leader.

Wait until the next huge train derailment and tank car break up and fire.

Then ask the environmentalists what is worse for the environment, a pipeline or transporting all the crude oil in tankcars?
