So you're fully prepared to drop nearly 600 (taking into account shipping) on a new set of wheels for yourself, but you can't afford to drop 300 to take care of one of your customers?

I think you need to get your priorities straight before you worry about how your damn car looks. Wether it was intentional or not doesn't change the fact that you just basically scammed someone.

This is a good board to be on, just rectify the situation.

I don't get the problem here, PIXER. You (accidentally) misrepresented a product. He's offered to pay shipping back. Just give him back the money he gave you, and resell them yourself. You shouldn't be out all that much. It's not like he's going to keep and wants a refund anyway.

The buyer shouldn't pay the return shipping. PIXER probably misrepresented the wheels by mistake. But the fact is HE misrepresented them so there is NO WAY the buyer should be out any money for the sellers mistake. When you buy something from a mail order company and they ship the wrong item.... do you pay return shipping to get a refund or the correct item??? Hell no!!

I don't think it's an issue of you not having the money PIXER I think it's an issue of you not WANTING to give him his money back.

Larry I think he's had ample time to make this right..... bring on the big stick. :burn:

No he did not pay with paypal, this is the very first time I have ever acceped anything other than paypal (cert. check).
And go figure I'm getting screwed on it somehow.

NO FULL REFUND.
Hell you said you already had them sold + I just don't have the cash (hence why so much stuff is for sale)
-and FWIW, this is the first time EVER I have ever had a discrepantcy. EVER.
Whats your paypal (which you originally said for some reason that you didn't want to use)
Send you some dough, and then we can DELETE this retarded thread that has taken us all away from looking at what we usually do---- Car parts, car pics, and duh, porn.

Peace-I'm out

you're a complete dumbass, and it looks like you're gone--good riddance. like someone else stated---the deal is not done until the product is shipped, and the buyer is SATISFIED with the product. my advice to you is to not spend $$ from selling something until the buyer is happy. it sounds like you had the money anyways. live and learn...............and don't come back

Thanks for flushing another bad one out of the system Larry!!

This just goes to show that no matter how good someone's trader rating is or how high their post count is an internet deal still comes down to the integrity of the people involved in the deal.

EVERY time I buy something over the net I try to take as many precautions as I can to ensure a course of reprecussion if the deal goes bad. Basically I pay through Paypal with a CC. Paypal is more piece of mind than security, if the sellers pulls the money out of the account before Paypal can your SOL. Your CC is your only hope in a case like this. When buying NEVER let your guard down.

OK, I think personally that even though Pixer is at fault here...so is the buyer. He turned down a measurement offered by Pixer and must be blind because anyone with half a brain can tell those arent 15x10's.....no DR offered out there sticks off a rim that badly.

Also...why wont a 15x8 ProStar work? it worked just fine on my Fox and just fine on my New Edge......Just wondering.

matt you do realize on the louisvillemustangs site he lists the tires as 275 and on here to defend them as being 15x10 rims he lists the tires as being 315's.

(Im at work and pics are on my home computer, but will put them up soon)

I really don't want to sell them but need the cash.........

I personally have not put 10 miles on them (but the manufactored date on them is '00 and '99)
Decent condition, I polished them up a few days ago.
Maybe ~3 small spots where the wheels are pitting on the face.
Caps included- 1 had a ding in it, I tried popping it out, but you can tell...

Currently have 275 MT mounted on them (but they are toast- currently still hold air though)
I just recieved BRAND NEW lugs from Summit (~$40) that I will include for my asking price.

Ready to sell, need to order tires for my new DD wheels.

$325 PICKED UP BEFORE FRIDAY EVENING!!!!!

there need to be an sop for things like this. once the party involved has been determined as a pos links should be plastered on every mustang board they frequent. i know alot of this is done by a handfull but it seems the other boards should be on a speed dial button..lol..

i wonder how many people have been busted so far this year let alone in the past?
