Goes to a 05' FORD 500...
do you guys all run a catch can? i'll be putting my D1SC on my Mach only running 8-10lbs being its a stock engine.. Is there any pcv/vac problems with boost running through the pcv ? (a pals LS1 "catfish" is having such an issue and he found out now its a known thing to run a catch can and check valve after installing a blower) thanks !
you shouldn't have any problems with your setup. once the crankcase pressure starts rising though it's time to step up your game
Just finished my f1a last week. Went over a couple things this weekend because the car is going to the dyno this Saturday. All I gotta say is holy bypass valve batman!!!!! I have the red race bypass valve. That sucker is loud!!!!! I would not wanna daily drive this car with that on hahaha

i noticed alot of people are running just screens vs air filter... is that safe for a DD??
if u need a short filter in a tight area, why not run this filter??
K&N RX-4130-1 - Universal Air Filters, Universal X-Stream Clamp-On
not in stock
Looks like that filters mounting diameter might be too large for an F1A blower (3.8 vs. 3.75) It would fit, but would need to be snugged down a lot. Also, what kind of CFM does that filter flow? Also, has some kind of nut mounted in the top hat area, not sure what that's for. Procharger makes a steel mesh filter for these headunits that works well for the street, it's not a bellmouth with a screen, it's an actual filter. I always run without anything over the inlet anyway, no big deal, I don't DD my cars.
