I'll take a subway 6" turkey and provolone on wheat with lots of lettuce/ tomatoes/ light mayo/ pickles/ olives and a bottle of water, no chips. Nothing wrong with that meal.
I go to Subway purely for good tasting samiches and the ability to go ape shvt crazy loading that baby up until its a full grown beast.
Forget health, for that I eat fruit and what not as snacks.
Foot long subway club, double meat, honey oat bread, lettuce, green peppers, and southwest sauce.
I grab and go at the grocery store. Subway is unhealthy garbage. The deli counter usually has all sorts of healthy options that are cheaper than that processed crap. You should rethink your idea of healthy.
