If one passes laws prohibiting something, we must comply with the law or face the consequences.
What does that have to do with anything. What besides the laws makes marijuana different from numerous legal substances, like alcohol, nicotine and prescription medicines?
The question is does the federal government have the power to pass those laws and where do they get the conistutional power?
