What percentage of SVTP prefers the sn95s looks to the S197?

although 05-09 GT500's are good looking. but the s197 interior was garbage until the 10. I would know, i owned a 10 GT premium

Tough one. I really like the front end on the new mustangs (2010+) but the rear of the 03/04 cobra is the meanest of any mustang. The terminators just look balanced and mean, so my vote goes to SN95. I do like the interiors of the new GT500s alot though, and would probably choose a 2010+ GT500 over a terminator if it wasn't for the huge price difference.

I've only owned 3 Mustangs and they have all been 94-95's. I like having the pushrod 5.0 in a sn95 body. Harder to find some parts for though. Lethal Performance skips my years on the Cobras.

SN95 to S197 by far, even though the S197 is a better overall platform with higher build quality. The exterior design is one of the best ever as far as Mustangs IMO. But that's JMO.

Generally speaking, I prefer sn95 to s197, here is my more detailed breakdown:

'03/'04 Cobra > '10-'12+ S197 > '03/'04 Mach 1 > '99-'01 Cobra > '94-'98 Cobra

I've always preferred the New Edge styling myself.

from a looks standpoint i would take a 98 GT...from a performance standpoint it would be the 08 GT hands down

i also think the 03/04 looks way better than the pre 10 GT500s

but the 10+ GT500 is freakin beautiful! and mean to boot!

I didn't really care for the 05-09 era but I think the car has more of the older Mustang feel like it. I like the 10+ the best, I think the car looks amazing. While I like the SN95's looks, it just seems to square looking compared to the other Mustangs, aside from the Fox which is box.

Sn95s are hideous. That's like saying a C5 Vette is more aesthetically pleasing to the eye than a C6 Vette.

When I first bought my 95 I thought it was hideous, but after adding the side exhaust, S281, and hood, it has really turned into a Sexy car.. the curves are awesome..


05-09s are so boring. Even the Shelby is not that nice looking until 2010.. Never been a fan.

Hard decision but I ended up voting for the S197. I love the 99 to 04 style but wasn't a fan of 94 to 98.

I couldnt decide on which bodystyle to buy either so I bought one of both. 2004 and 2006. lol
