What I just priced it out I get 43k not 47k. This is with rs2 leather nav cup 2 and sunroof.
Mine was 38.5k just with the cup 2 option. I'm my mind reasonable for what you get.

I've got a GT350 ordered, and I'm on a list for a 350R (1 of 6 for one car).... But I have to say the idea of keeping my Boss and getting an RS as a daily is really appealing!

personally, I hope this is the swift kick in the ass that STI has needed for 5+ years. I'd like to see them step up their game instead of riding on their past.

whether I will get an RS? that's a definite maybe. I think it'd be a good DD for me.

Agree. Hopefully it'll make them rethink the STI hatch again as well.

Going to put in my order for a Stealth grey car with the forged wheels Thursday. From preliminary talks should be getting it for MSRP or just under. Still can't decide on the nav/full leather Recaros or just to go for the base. $2700 seems like a hefty price tag for full leather instead of partial and a nav system.

Turns out the dealer wants $1000-1500 over MSRP...idk if I should go for it or just wait it out. They're saying it cost them $1000 just to get into the program to get the car

That 1k got them a car an added car that they were never supposed to get and with that added profits that they were not supposed to have.

I'm assuming this profit will be more than the 1k it takes to get into the program. After saying this they also have the right to seek as much as someone is willing to pay.

Looks to be a 2500 difference between invoice and msrp. I'm guessing 1k to 1500 hold back brings the total revenue for the dealer 3500 to 4000 on a msrp deal that would not be available without their 1k buy in.

Offer MSRP and tell them you will do the deal right now
OR

Wait for them to be on the lots and offer MSRP or less. Ford is making 2000 of them for the 2016MY only because production is so late in the year. 2017MY will have plenty available.

So I get there, and somehow it went from $1000 over, to $3000. After a lot of back and forth they agreed on $500 over, but then proceeded to offer me $22,000 for a 2015 F250 lol. I genuinely hate dealers.

Order then sell the truck yourself. Or take the truck to competing dealers and create bidding war for it. Of course any off will be 5k less than they think they can sell it for.
