Havent seen many vids of HC vs Trinity out there...
Not saying I disagree but cant wait to test that out for myself...
I haven't seen hardly any videos of the two either.....Wonder why that is

Perhaps you're right, but it is far fetched given most situations. Was this a race at a track? No. So just an encounter on a road. We have no reason not to believe the OP. It doesn't make sense to argue if you weren't there or don't know the road or both. Maybe the HC spun and held back a bit. Maybe the OP's car is stronger than most and the HC was trying hard as hell to catch up. Fact is we will never know. Arguing is pointless.
OP are you in any of the "race" FB groups for SA? Usually I'm able to find who I run into on them when I have these encounters

No. I avoid social media.
Best advice of the entire thread.
Its hard to believe with 315 nittos DRs that you are spinning in forth at 60mph. Im running 305 nittos same tires 730WHP and 4:10 Gears and i hook no problem and she goes!!!! Stock suspension!!

She sure did. I'm completely stock suspension (set on S) and 3.31 gears. She wiggled on that very old pavement yesterday at 60 when I nailed the throttle.
Believe me it has me dumbfounded to say the least. One thing you can see on the streets here are two grooves in the pavement. They are not deep grooves but when you look at them from the right angle, you can see they are shiny.
I never had these issues in Dallas but instead of asphalt, most of the roads ghere are concrete.
Maybe concrete is better.
Im guessing concrete is more expensive?
Those are the only roads my car will grip in 2nd gear (on the stock 285s F1s). Asphalt and I spin in 3rd when punching it, even at low rpms.
Sorry, meant to say speeds, not times.
Stock HCs are running 155-158mph in the 1/2 mile and 178-181 in the standing mile. The only test I can find with a stock GT500 is from a magazine and it gave times to 150mph, and the HC was a full 2 seconds faster, which means, the 1/2 mile will be several mph difference between the two
His car still stock?I'll be racing a charger hellcat this weekend. It's a rematch from me losing from a 40mph roll a few weeks ago. These hellcats are no slouch on the freeway. His car was a stock auto and even tho I got him out of the hole each shift he would gain on me eventually passing me and winning by about 2-3 cars before we shut down. Keep in mind I was not powershifting nor trying to push the car too much being on shitty CA 91 octane. Shifting at 6k. This week will be a different story. I was stock then, now the car is 734rwhp and 764tq on e85 with o/r h-pipe, 67mm tb, cai, id1050x injectors and jms bap.
