Moving from Utah to Tyler, Texas. Our local mustang club here has been phenomenal. I have been searching mustangs club in the Tyler, TX area (1.5 hours east of Dallas) and have found virtually nothing. They have the Northeast Texas Mustang Club. Joined their FB forum and literally no...
Anyone use one of these in their GT500? Just wondering if you see any significant improvement and is it worth putting one on. I have a strut tower brace over the motor, but nothing in the rear and I came upon a conversation today that combined with a rear strut tower brace can significantly...
So, I know this has been addressed many times...but, which shifter are you running on your Shelby?
I am sporting the stock one and just looking for a tighter shift.
My buddy had a Barton in his and it felt pretty tight.
I hear a lot of people running the MGW Gen I and a few out there...
First off, let me say that I don't agree with Ford's decision.
A car guy I know bought his 2010 Mustang GT to get a oil change at a local dealership. Turns out, the car was about 5 quarts low on oil, but no visible oil leak.
Car was then moved over to the warranty section to diagnose where...
I have been looking for one for the Shelby. I am wanting something in black with either a cobra/GT500 logo or just in plain black. I know Moroso has one (brushed aluminum) but has their name on it and not in black. Also, the Shelby Store has them, but not in black and literally takes months...

Will this fit a 2013 GT500?
The car cover you can purchase with your Shelby...can it be washed? Mine is getting pretty dirty especially around the area that goes around the wheels.

Guess the car was here for a commercial shoot. The guys that shot the pictures even opened up the door for inside shots.
So let see what you have done to yours. I think the stock ones just look bland. We have a local guy here that powder coats stuff and thinking about doing this.
Looks to be a easy removal, anyone done this?
Well, after 30 years in the Air Force I officially retired on Friday, 24 January. The ceremony went so smooth. Had about 125 of my family, friends, and coworkers that attended. The after party was even better. Took me a entire day to recover from that one.
Retired on Friday and...
Friend of mine works at this local dealership here in Layton, Utah. He just notified me that they got a brand new 2014 Ruby Red GT500 in their dealership.
It is fully loaded EXCEPT the glass top. It is obviously red, with black stripes.
It is listed for MSRP at $68.085.
If your...
Meaning so die hard that you break things when your team loses or the opposite...no real sweat off your back if your team loses.
Being a fan of all Colorado different sports teams since my early teens, I have been through all different stages.
When I was a younger guy, 20 years ago (give...
Had my '13 500 for about a year now. It has about 4900 miles on it. Had the first oil change at 2500 miles.
Its about time to put the car up for the winter with maybe taking it out a few times if the weather is nice--probably no more than a tank of gas burned for the entire winter.
Are...
So I read in the news of "King of Queens" star Leah Remini is leaving the Church of Scientology after decades as a member. She is supposed to be writing a "tell all" book in the near future. Just a quick google got some weird facts (fact or fiction...I don't know) which included beliefs about...
I know with winter coming up not too far in the future, my Shelby will be spend more time in the garage than on the road. Currently, my insurance here in Utah says that everyone must be insured on all cars in the household which is not cheap with a 17 year old in the house. I am the only one...
I actually bought these before I even got my Shelby and they sat on the shelf for 8 months. Mike (Farmer-Ted) helped me install them last week.
Damn! Got rid of the wheel-hop!! Now I can launch a lot better, especially first and second. I should of installed these the day I got my...
Mike (Farmer Ted) brought this to my attention at a car get together. His cam sensor (on the front of the block, driver's side, when the hood is popped) was leaking. Sure enough, we looked at mine and it was doing the same thing.
Its not that it is a bad leak, it is just making my pretty...
Got the notice today that my retirement was approved for 1 May next year.
This will be 30 years of active duty. With my terminal and permissive leave, my last day at work will be in January sometime.
My retirement ceremony will be in January or February.
I can't believe how fast time...
Been to Vegas several times and typically I hit the Rio for their Seafood Buffet as my wife is a big fan of crab legs.
I am looking at other Buffets that are pretty good out there. Let me know what you consider some great buffets out in the Vegas area.
Thought this might be fun.
Put up a story that someone told you about his/her car that was so outrageous, it had you almost bursting out in laughter in front of the person telling you the story.
This happened to me recently.
I was at a Cars & Coffee and this guy had a 88 Foxbody Vert...
