They have said they aren't using the billet block just yet but will be i a few months.

I want to get something really straight. The 3.8 we had in Omega at the TI event is about as close to a typical built 3.8 as a race horse is to a donkey. I can't and wont get into the details of that particular motor but in short it was something we have been tinkering with for a while and figured TI was as good a place as any to try it out. It's by no means the next best thing just yet. We just dont have many places that we can test a car like Omega out.

Also until any other shop has put up the trap speeds we have making claims on what their motors can or can't take means very little because as blunt as it may sound they are not on our level yet.

Yes AMS ran a 7.7, they have the 1/4th record over ETS (which was a 7.8 I believe)

I think the Lambo with the "blown" engine also ran a 7.7 at the track. Crazy how the GTR freight trained it but they ran identical times in the 1/4.
