Pirce?
Pm me info where to buy them
thanks
hey bruce is there any chance you will be making rear sets of these as well? i'm going to be going to 2 piece rotors at some point but as it's just a street car with very rare track duty, i want some rears to match. i was looking at baer eradispeeds, but i'm kind of concerned with stress cracks being that they're drilled.
oh good stuff! thanks bruce
about the 13" rear kits, what's the advantage of this over a stock size replacement? do the rear brakes not work well enough with the stock sizing? i would imagine the 13" works better due to leverage over a larger rotor, but this would also add weight as well right? also would something need to be done with the proportioning valve?
i guess what i'm getting at is would the 13" upgrade be worth it for a street car?
anyway i know you said you're still working on it so i apologize if i'm getting way ahead of you with the questions
Some facts about Cobra braking. All New Edge Cobras, including 2000 Cobra R's, have insufficient rear brake bias from the factory. This was fixed on the Terminators. New Edge Cobras will typically go through 4 or 5 sets of front pads before the rear pads need replacing. Terminators are more like a 2-1 ratio.
so if we have a terminator already we don't need to worry so much about this?
i need to figure out if i'd prefer the rotating mass weight savings of the smaller lighter 2 piece rears or the better looks of the 13 inch rears. :read:
what kind of rough timeframe do you think you're looking at on being ready for the upgraded size rears and the stock size rears?
also do you still have the street set of the 2 piece fronts or did they sell?
also if there's a gb on these i'd definitely be interested

How did they fix it?
13" rear rotors won't upset the F/R braking bais will they?
Very interesting about the rear brakes, I had no idea. Sign me up for both!
Bruce,
Is this the only thread on the subject in SVTP? What about on C-C, or are the vendor rules equally as strict as their user rules?
Does the 13" rear conversion use the stock caliper? I need some better braking. Last time I was at Nurburgring Nordschleife, by the second lap, I had some serious brake fade. I am running stock size Powerslot rotors and Hawk HP+ pads. I need to reconnect my cooling kit and get some more upgrades. Needless to say, sign me up for the waiting list.
I a very interested in the front heavy duty rotors when you guys decide to manufactur some more. Keep me updated and I will send a deposit if needed.
