30 Day Cold Shower Challenge - Are you man enough?

I just took a cold shower ... It is refreshing to say the least . It's very stimulant I started to hold my ears as if something was too loud I found it help bearing the cold water . I feel pretty aware can't wait to shower in the morning it should wake me right up.

^^this... I can relate. I took my first cold shower today. I didn't even touch the hot/warm knob. I went for it and it was a freaking blast. My wife came home and thought I was jerkin' it in the shower based on the sounds I made. LOL.

Gonna finish this bill, go help my guys rig this well down and I'll try it when I get back to camp. Think swinging a sledge and carrying iron around for a few hours first is a good way to kick it off

I was forced to do this for a months living with my grandfather (veteran) who made us take cold showers. We had to get in, turn the cold water on just to get wet. Turn the water back off. Soap up and wash your body and hair. Cold water on to rinse. Done.

I take nice warm 30 minute showers now. Sometimes just staring at the tile and enjoying the continuous flow of water and warm temp. You really take things like warm showers for granted until you're given no other choice.

You know how it sucks when you get out of a hot shower and you feel cold, when you get out of a cold shower it feels warm.

Did my first one after the gym last night...it was awesome. It took me a few seconds to fully get under the shower head, but after a few seconds of being under it, the sensation was great. When I got out, I felt like I'd taken some low grade amphetamines.

I did it for 3 weeks when the last major hurricane hit florida. We were without power for 21 straight days and had no choice but cold showers if you wanted to remain clean. fuggin sucked ass

Careful taking a ice cold shower after a hardwork. I heard of a teen who died of a heart attack when he hit the showers after a school basketball game.
