What's the most boost you'd run on 11:1 & E85?

I plan on running an 11:1 Aluminator. I just wasn't sure if the 11:1 version would limit the total boost I could run vs. say, the 9.5:1. For MY application (a KB2.8LC) I think I should be able to spin this sucker up using the 11:1 and E85 pretty much max out the blower and block at around the same power level. (850-900RWHP?). It seems like folks are going to the 9.5:1 version when going for big power, but I wanted to see where that line was.....

Yeah, I'm thinking I'll run around @ around 15# and 750rwhp, then crank it up for track outings to around 20#'s and 850rwhp.....I'm still on a 6-rib for now, so I've got to study up on what would be the best way to avoid belt slip. (maybe the ATI +15% damper and a 3.25"?) I've got a bunch of 6-rib pulleys, so if I can run the OD pulley and keep the 6-rib, it'd be the cheapest solution...

On a stock Boss motor, ran 18-19 psi (873 rwhp) without issue for over a year, cranked it up to 22 and bye-bye rod.

My car on E85 went 134 at 3900lbs. and I'm guessing made in the high 6XX's on an 11# pulley. My daily tune is 93 tune and only 15 degrees of timing, still on 11#'s and probably around 575rwhp.

With my stock block on e85 I only run 12psi.

That's encouraging... that's pretty much my hp goal range. I'm sure you have some efficiencies with the boss heads and the 3.6, but it should be pretty close to pound for pound comparison boostwise....

This makes me happy (not the rod part :/ ). I've been scared about giving 20psi a go on my built motor with a stock un-sleeved block. Hopefully the block hangs at that pressure.

The 6 rib isn't going to cut it. Go 8 rib and don't look back.
