i cant smoke due to work, but an old saying is An alcoholic brings home an ass whipping, a pot head brings home a pizza and video game.
I could not disagree more. Dopers like to fight as well, especially when you mix it with alcohol.

Dude, you must have smoked way too much weed or something? Like I said, I despise potheads and as long as I wear a badge will continue to put them in jail where they rightfully belong!!
Violent offenders belong in jail not your every day non violent teenager pothead,
I can't off the top of my head think of a combative patient I had that wasn't under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, didn't have underlying psych issues, or believe they were a 'gangster' to begin with.I could not disagree more. Dopers like to fight as well, especially when you mix it with alcohol.
I'm sure it will get voted down.
Okay I am hearing you marijuana advocates are saying and you will never-ever get me to agree with your line of thinking!
In my book, that crap is not good for nothing. I don't care what you say about. You bring that crap into my territory and I will introduce you to the cross bar hotel!
So you would arrest a cancer patient if you legally could?Understand that I must follow the letter of the law. So (IF) there is a medicinal exemption then I have no choice but to follow it. However, I still do not have to agree with it.
If they are driving while on that shit you're damn skippy that they should be arrested. So you would arrest a cancer patient if you legally could?
What if you could arrest someone for taking scripted Vicodin for their back pain? Or Xanax for their depression? Just curious for the sake of argument.
Violent offenders belong in jail not your every day non violent teenager pothead, although I dont agree with non medicinal use. It is a massive waste of taxpayer dollars to send every kid to jail for a joint. The war on drugs is one of the biggest failures and waste of money Law Enforcement has ever seen in this country. It will be decriminalized quicker than you think.
There are very few substances in their natural form that even come close to the medicinal value of cannabis. The fact of the matter is the big pharmaceuticals cant patent a plant and have far to much political pull.
It could potentially take away millions upon millions of dollars from their big ticket drugs. I.E cancer meds, pain meds, antianxiety meds, depression meds. The list goes on.
Go tell a cancer patient they belong in jail because they choose to medicate with something that alleviates the pain and helps sustain a normal appetite. Great logic .
And no I dont personally choose to use it and never would, but i have seen quality of life improvements in very close family friends that were terminally ill. The benefits far outweigh the negative stigma people like yourself have attached to it.

He already said it, he doesn't agree with it. And that's what I'm curious about. Why does he WANT to arrest someone that is using this drug legally to alleviate (at least a bit) the hell they're going through? It makes zero sense to me, and I have a feeling he doesn't even know why either.
If they are driving while on that shit you're damn skippy that they should be arrested.
Brah, I'm in agreement with your point regarding using the crap for LEGITIMATE medicinal purposes, whatever. But I also agree with Iceman, a large percentage of the dopeheads I know, or have known, are uttelry useless individuals. Most of the one's I knew growing up didn't make much of themselves. That's not stigma, that's reality I have witnessed with my own eyes. Two of the biggest pro dope guys I knew growing up are a prime example, one is 30 years old and cannot hold down a job for more than 90 days at time and lives with his mother, and the other will be writing letters home for the next 20 years with ''sent from a correctional facility'' stamped on them.
As for the teenage potheads, sure they are not out carjacking grandma at the walmart to fund another bag, but they sure aren't living up to their potential either. I'll be strait up, I think most people that use or abuse any substances including pot are weak and feeble minded, totally lacking any sort of balls whatsoever. I think it is a selfishly weak minded activity.
I'm glad there is people like Iceman out there locking up morons with dope, that is one less lowlife out there influencing any young impressionable minds. The dumbing down of America continues....
Just want to throw this out there.
I arrested 8 people last year for being in possession of a firearm illegally that were actively using marijuana or selling it when i made first contact. Two of which put up tremendous fights after they were disarmed. Under influence of nothing but marijuana. In possession of no other drug than marijuana.
Another one of those persons, (a 21 year old college student) after being released on bond. Was suspected of committing 6 different armed robberies of citizens simply walking home from work or school. He was subsequently abducted, shot and killed in another city over a marijuana debt.
But they are all just mellow harmless freebirds. :bored:

It's amazing the type of correlations people will try to create just to justify their beliefs. Did you also know that most convicted murders drink milk within 7 days of committing their crimes? I mean, do we really even know what's in that stuff? Pretty crazy when you think about it.Just want to throw this out there.
