On a mildly modified motor, how much difference would a cooler t- stat make? I live in an area where it is hot and after about 15-20 min. of operation, I can feel a big difference in throttle response and it feels like a pig.

Wearability and performance are the biggest issue. What tire, other than the Nitto RRR 315, will fit on the stock rim (315's) with no clearance problems? Ie: Dunlop P315, Eagles ETC. I plan on putting @ 12,000 miles a year and know that the Nittos wont last that long. The stock F1 rears lasted...
